You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of BELREC on Monday 24th October, 2016 at the Club Rooms 34 – 70 Calvert Street, Hamlyn Heights at 6pm.

In accordance with the Rules of Belrec Inc. the following Committee Members are due to retire:

Michelle Gerdtz
Rodney Brown
Brian Grinter
- these members may offer themselves for re-election

The following Committee Member has one year remaining on their current tenure:

Please note that our current President Tony Evans will be stepping down as President as he won’t be living in Geelong after February 2017.

To ensure our club operates effectively we require the following positions to be filled at this upcoming AGM:
President
Senior Vice President
Junior Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
up to 6 ordinary members

Anyone wishing to nominate for a position must obtain a nomination form from Secretary (Rodney Brown) and lodge the nomination to 16 Shannon Avenue, Hamlyn Heights 3215 by the Monday 10h October.

Any member wishing to nominate a fellow member for Life Membership or the Ivor Steven Award for outstanding service to the club must have nominations to the Secretary (Rodney Brown) no later than 7th October 2016. For criteria of Life Membership refer to Belrec Statement of Rules 42.1.3.
